This is our second inTech trailer from RPM Trailer Sales. The entire staff at RPM couldn't be more accommodating and responsive. There is nothing standard about the trailers we order and the entire process is made easy (especially with Brad & Samantha). We do everything via email and phone from New Jersey without any issues whatsoever. As far as the inTech trailer...there are certainly less expensive options out there but you won't find a stronger, better built trailer on the market and RPM sells most of them. You truly get what you pay for and if it isn't bought from RPM and built by inTech you'll be sorry later for the few bucks you save now.

The RPM Team was amazing to work with... I live out of state and my entire transaction was handled via phone and e-mail. From my first phone call to Harlie to the thank you letter I just received RPM was very professional and the southern hospitality and charm was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a quality race trailer look no further than Brad and Sam at RPM. Brad was super easy to deal with and went over each of the options with me over the phone and answered any questions I had, and with this being my first trailer buying experience I had a lot of them! I shopped around at first looking at various brands but ultimately decided on inTech because I wanted a "forever" trailer and have learned through the experience of my lifetime that if you're going to do something, do it right the first time.
Once the final prints were signed and sent Sam kept great communication with me on the status of the build and the trailer ended up being delivered ahead of schedule. Upon picking up the trailer Sam provided me with all the associated documentation and paperwork and Brad gave me a tour of the trailer and some loading and towing tips. They found that the hitch ball mount I came up with was a size too small for the trailer so they gave me a great deal on a new adjustable B&W hitch and installed it for me right then and there.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the trailer build quality and towing experience and even more pleased with the buying experience through Sam and Brad at RPM. They've gotten themselves another lifelong customer.

Buying a Quality Trailer and being uncertain about your needs was made easy working with Brad and Samantha. I purchased a 2 car hauler trailer and they both walked me through all the pros and cons of a 2 car stacker stacker or a 48' trailer straight trailer, what material, cabinetry, equipment, compressor, generator, stereo, lighting, escape doors, canopy, ramps, doors, windows, tie down, tracks, axles, etc. This was all made is with their assistance. The hard part was selecting the color for this beautiful trailer. It was completed early, shipped immediately and is just beautiful. I am looking forward to my first trip with the trailer and all the convenience of being able to pull my cars and all the accessories in such a wonderful trailer. Thank you for all your assistants.

Both inTech trailers and RPM Trailer Sales are First Class. If you get the chance to tour inTech's facilities, then do so. You'll see how the professionalism, craftsmanship, and quality are all at a very high standard.
As far as RPM Trailer Sales, Brad and Samantha are second to none. They are both very knowledgeable and prompt in answering any questions you might have through the process. This is the first time I have made a long distance purchase of this kind. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The whole process went very smoothly.

I will be ready soon for another trailer in the spring and there is no question were I will be buying it - RPM !!!!. I just received my trailer that me and my uncle spec'd out and order from RPM Truck and Trailer Sales. It was the easiest process I've ever gone through with ordering something. We purchased a 26' InTech Aluminum Stacker. Brad was able to spec it out to give us all the features we wanted, exactly how and where we wanted them to be. I've order trailers previously from other dealers and RPM is far and away the best experience when ordering a trailer and getting it the way I wanted it. Samantha was excellent in keeping me informed and on track with everything to get the trailer ordered and payments handled in a very fast manner. I would recommend talking to Brad and Samantha to anybody looking into getting a new trailer. I couldn't be happier with the process and the quality of the trailer InTech built us. When I began looking into a new ATC or Intech trailer it was clear just from RPM's web presence that if I wanted Intech this was the place to go. After making the decision that Intechs value proposition was just a bit above ATC's I reached out to Brad to discuss available units. I was pleased to find out that a white 24' enclosed Intech was available, at my budget, and certainly more well appointed then a comparable ATC in the price range. Initially I was a big nervous doing business with a company over 1K miles away on a trailer not even at their location but at the factory which was also 1K miles away in another direction. What this meant to me was I would never meet the dealer face to face, they would never see my trailer, and I would have no opportunity to address any issues before having to take delivery of my unit as it was shipped from Indiana. Let me just say, the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. Brad and Samantha are terrific. Brad made sure I had answers to my questions and did a great job telling Intechs and RPMs story. Samantha kept me in the loop the whole way never leaving an opportunity for me to get nervous due to lack of communication. A truly A+ experience! I would not hesitate to recommend RPM trailer sales to anyone looking for a top notch trailer and after seeing the Intech in person I knew I made a great decision on the unit itself. I've owned my inTech trailer for a year now and I can tell you that RPM trailers is everything they said it would be and more. After seeing a few of them at the tracks I give Samantha and Brad a call and they have been great. With an engineering background I asked many detailed questions about the structure and electrical systems. They never back away without knowing every answer, or how to modify it the way I wanted it. It was clear they knew these trailer inside and out. Which made it even more comfortable for me knowing I could call someone and get great support. After owning my trailer for a while now I've only had one problem.... Just about every weekend I'm at the races, someone will approach me and ask to look at the trailer, then they go on and on about how nice it is and they never look at the new racer car parked just outside the trailer! These trailers are built to last, with frame supports directly under the side walls and electrical system ready for any expansion.

I just purchased a new 24 ft race trailer from RPM. When I received the trailer it was even better than what the pictures showed. This is my first purchase from RPM and it was all done via e-mail and over the phone. Both Brad and Sam were great to deal with and were very knowledgeable about their trailers. I purchased my trailer from Brad & Samantha last August. From the beginning of the design and build process Brad was very through and took the time to make sure everything was just as requested. I have road tested this trailer for about 10K miles going to several track events. The set up and ease of use makes taking my car everywhere a joy. The build & material quality from InTech is of the highest standards and after using my trailer for the last 6 months I wanted to share my experience. You get what you pay for!

This was the third trailer I've bought through the years. By far the best. Brad and Samatha were alway there for any questions or concerns I had. They really value their customers and their products. If your able to pick up your trailer at Intech, do it. Customer appreciation starts from the first phone call or email about trailers to the end. I got a tour of the plant, seeing the whole step by step process of how and what goes into Intech's trailers. Its one thing to look at a picture or CAD drawings, but when you see the quality and beauty of any Intech trailer finished. WOW. I can see why they are at the top of the market. Thanks again, Eric

I bought my 32' aluminum trailer from Brad and Samatha and received the customer service that was as superior as to the trailer that was built.
The trailer was delivered and built on time, and the trailer pulls nice with the single wheel 3500 truck that I own.

Hi Guys

I would like to thank you Samantha and Brad for the great service .. I have had my trailer for a month now and all i can say is wow.. it is awesome the fit and finish, the options, towed down to the Spring Fling in Vegas and could not believe how it towed battled snow, ice, and high winds all the way there and behind my pick up it towed great never once swayed or felt the need to pucker up.. lol...

The race car never even moved on the trip was pretty worried about hauling a trailer this big with no bars or equalizers like brad told me try it with out.. and holly cow it pulled so nice .. not like others on the market.. well worth the money..

Again thank you both so much and thank you INTECH for making such a nice trailer..

When I decided to order possibly my "last" trailer I spent many hours looking on the web. I was looking for an aluminum, quality built trailer. I looked at all the aluminum trailers a decided InTech trailer had the best looking and quality built trailers.

Dear Sam, Sorry to not offer my thought sooner, but now being retired everything slows down. I have owned many trailers in my life, and most all had issues or shortcomings. When I decided to order possibly my "last" trailer I spent many hours looking on the "net" and visiting shows and dealers.
I wanted the best, problem free, quality built, and fairly priced trailer available. Fortuntely I found about RPM Trailer Sales and inTech Trailers.
I met with you and Brad. You listened to my concerns and provided me with answers and suggestions based on your past custom builds. You arranged a personal visit to the inTech manufacturing facility in Indiana.
My visit with the inTech team and Rich closed the deal for me. The quality of product and attention to detail are second to none.
I ordered after several conversations with Brad and even changed a few things after ordering...Brad was always positive and supportive.
I now have the finest trailer I've owned. I am anxious to show it off. I couldn't be happier!

Looked for a long time to buy a trailer for my drag car and a buddy told me about RPM Trailers so I gave them a call had been dealing with Samantha and she was fantastic to deal with. Had the trailer delivered to the house she set up the whole thing I was super happy and the price for my new 28 foot iCon inTech Trailer was great. I ordered a custom built trailer to move all of my hog hunting gear while hunting the Southeast. I called Brad and gave him my requirements for the trailer and he went to work on the design. RPM hit a home run with this custom build. This trailer moves my 4 wheelers, dog boxes and all the gear necessary to have a successful hunt! I cant thank RPM enough for their quality design and workmanship!

It's not the bricks and mortor a company is made of, it is the people - Brad and Samantha are professional, honest and full of integrity and have exceeded my customer service expectations! I have had the trailer a few months now and i cannot find a flaw in it. This trailer by far is nicer than the high dollar trailers for half the cost.
